Edward L. Erganian
Co-Founder and Principal

Edward L. Erganian began his career in commercial real estate and property management in 1996 at Vineyard Associates, where he gained extensive experience in a range of responsibilities including commercial leasing and property management. He oversaw multiple retail stores and commercial office complexes and established valuable relationships with local and national tenants.

Relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada in the fall of 1999, Erganian accepted a position with NAI Americana Commercial Company. There, he exercised his professionalism in land development, land acquisition, project coordination, and asset management.

To further his career, Erganian teamed up in 2001 with Las Vegas Development Company, where he was exclusively responsible for the commercial leasing and land acquisition department.

After several years in commercial land development, Erganian leveraged his experience and skills by starting his own company. Today, he serves as a principal of NAC Development Company, a Las Vegas-based commercial land development company conducting business in Nevada, Arizona, and California. He continues to maintain the many professional relationships with colleagues in related industries that make him an effective developer.

Edward L. Erganian is a native of Central California. Born and raised in Fresno, California, he holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Physical Education from Concordia University located in Irvine, California.
